What You'll Be Doing- Supporting people with daily routines
- Helping with personal care (with dignity and respect)
- Preparing meals and sharing meaningful moments
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Being the reason someone smiles today
- Kindness that can't be taught
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills
- A willingness to learn (full training provided!)
- A driving licence (if required for community role)
Care experience is great - but not essential. We hire for attitude and train for skill.
