Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit an experienced FLT Driver (Counter Balance) to work within a fast‑paced, high‑volume production setting in the Houghton le Spring area. Previous FLT experience is a MUST; however candidates can apply who either have an in‑date counter‑balance license or have a lapsed or in‑house license.

Our client operates a target‑driven environment and you will form part of a close knit team working to unload various machines. Although this is a Fork Lift role, you will also deliver quality inspection.

• Counter Balance FLT Driving
• Line feeding products to and from the line
• Helping others achieve production targets by ensuring the seamless supply of goods to the line
• Quality checking finished goods prior to allocating them to stock

• Either a current FLT license or formerly holding Counter Balance FLT Driving experience (licenses can be refreshed in house)
• Ability to operate FLT's in a very fast‑paced environment
• Able to deliver visual quality inspections
• Able to follow SOPs and work instruction
• Punctual and reliable
