We’re recruiting for FLT Operatives for long‑term work with a leading global client within the automotive industry based in Houghton Le Spring. Our client has over 100 years’ experience and has earned a reputation for excellence through building a future on innovation.

With a large order book and growing product base, they are looking to recruit candidates who are available to start immediately, in their modern factory facility.

• Days 07:00 - 15:10
• Lates 15:05 - 23:15
• Nights 23:10 - 07:05

This role will be working a three‑shift pattern. You must be flexible to work all shifts and overtime as and when required.

• Moving materials around the warehouse using an FLT
• Operating in a safe manner at all times
• Following standard operating procedures
• Manually feeding production lines with parts
• Loading and unloading stock
• Use of handheld scanner
• Adhering to strict health and safety policies at all times
• Working within a team to ensure smooth running of the warehouse

• In‑date Counter Balance licence and experience is required
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
