Salary: £40,000 per annum
Permanent Staff position
Joining a leading manufacturing site, you will help keep the plant running smoothly — maintaining equipment, managing contractors, and ensuring everything from boilers to lighting stays in excellent condition.
What you’ll do:- Carry out planned maintenance on boilers, compressors, air systems, and HVAC units
- Look after lighting, doors, and general building repairs
- Support fire, sprinkler, and safety systems testing
- Ensure water and air systems meet safety and legal standards
- Work with contractors to keep essential services up and running
- Mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach
- Experience maintaining a manufacturing facility
