We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Accountant or Full‑Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of day‑to‑day accounting operations and help modernize the finance function of a growing food service equipment and supplies company. This is a key role for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys improving systems, building structure, and partnering with leadership to support growth.

This role manages the full accounting cycle while supporting limited HR‑related functions such as payroll processing and time‑off tracking. The position will also play a critical role in improving current processes, formalizing SOPs, and assisting with the implementation of a new operating system/ERP.

• Process payroll to provide payment to employees on time
• Ensure all books reconcile with bank statements and prepare financial statements
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner
• Record day‑to‑day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers

• Must be well‑versed in general accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Must exhibit exemplary problem‑solving, communication, and time management skills
• Worked previously with basic accounting systems, Quick Books, and Excel
• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field
• 2+ years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a bookkeeper, cost accountant, management accountant, or similar position

$42,500 - $46,500 yearly
