Apply now to join our team as we look for an energetic and organized camp director to lead our short‑term seasonal & holiday camps. This role requires supervising campers, managing staff schedules, purchasing supplies, and maintaining communication with parents. Successful candidates will be flexible, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work part or full day shifts around the camp calendar.
BasePay Range
$12.00/hr – $17.00/hr

Christmas Camp:

Mardi Gras Camp:
February 16, 18‑20
Easter/Spring Break Camp:
April 6‑10
Seasonal & holiday camp sessions. Shifts run from 7:30 am–5:30 pm. Staff may work full days or shifts as needed. Adult staff receive tuition waivers for up to two campers.
Responsibilities- Follow a daily schedule of activities and ensure campers are engaged and supervised at all times.
- Supervise, interact, and engage with campers.
- Schedule staff according to enrollment.
- Purchase supplies, food, and snacks as needed using Kidcam funds. Most supplies are delivered by Kidcam.
- Maintain parent communication: send email reminders before camp, and phone/email updates during the session.
- Ensure camper safety and report issues to Kidcam Base Camp.
- Relevant experience in camp or youth program management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proactive in ensuring safety and positive camper experience.
