Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for projects, analyzing blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. The Estimator will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure all estimates are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements and specifications
• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers
• Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Identify potential cost saving opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
