Trahan's Heating and Cooling is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full-time Customer Support role in Houma, LA. You will handle inbound calls, schedule estimates, and maintain records while ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth coordination with technicians.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in call center or customer support, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with MS Office;
