  • Perform communication protocol testing and troubleshooting (GOOSE, SCADA, DNP3, Modbus, Wireshark, ASE 2000, etc.).
  • Support retrofit and upgrade projects involving protective relaying, DFRs, RTUs, IEDs, SCADA, and related communication systems.
  • Generate comprehensive reports describing test results, issues found, and corrective actions taken or proposed.
  • Manage field logistics, resource allocation, schedules, and coordination with engineering and construction teams.
  • Conduct pre‑energization safety checks and confirm equipment is safe and compliant for service.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety procedures, initiating stop‑work authority when needed.
What You'll Bring

  • 4–6 years in a foreman or leadership role.
  • Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).
