Hyper Velocity Race Track & Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Track/Pit Marshall to join the team at the Houma, LA location

Hyper Velocity Race Track & Family Entertainment Center is a rapidly growing Family Entertainment company. Our locations feature family-friendly speed, high-tech indoor Karting, arcade fun, and amazing mini concession & event/party tables for our clients.

POSITION SUMMARY

A Hyper Velocity Track Marshall is responsible for anticipating guest needs and exceeding guest service expectations while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Hyper Velocity Race Track and Games' high standards of quality guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Project and articulate racing requirements and safety guidelines in a friendly and confident manner to guests.
• Provide a safe racing experience for every participating guest.
• Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
• Conscientiously maintain, repair, and clean karts, track, and briefing areas.
• Process guest races in the Point of Sale and Timing systems.
• Ensure karts are running and operating properly.
• Observe, instruct, and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Assist with guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive guest experiences.
• Maintain a constant working knowledge of Hyper Velocity brand, product, and policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co-workers.
• Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
• Perform opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Skills & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday.
• Work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
