Assistant Branch Manager – Regional Finance

Regional Finance is expanding and seeking a customer‑oriented Assistant Branch Manager to help our customers during hard financial times.

• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions.
• Maintain accurate office cash and secure deposits.
• Grow account volume through customer solicitations in‑branch and by telephone.
• Minimize delinquent debt by collecting on past‑due accounts.
• Track, post, and reconcile all payments and fees to customer accounts.
• Transport money and deposits to and from the bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in a sales/retail or cash‑management environment.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable automobile with liability insurance.

• Demonstrated passion for customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service‑minded with a personable personality that relates well with a broad spectrum of people.

• Proven ability to multi‑task.

This position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Typical hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required. Overtime may be required on an as‑needed basis and is at the discretion of upper management.
