Position: Patient Safety Attendant - Day Shift -  Full Time - Chabert
Ochsner Health - Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center [Nursing Assistant / Health Aide] As a Patient Safety Attendant at Ochsner Health, you'll:
Monitor patients to ensure their safety and prevent self-harm;
Assist nursing staff with patient care tasks as needed;
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status;
Document observations and incidents accurately and promptly;
Respond quickly to emergency situations to provide immediate support;
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
