* Summary:

The Physician Recruitment Assistant supports the day-to-day administration of the physician recruitment process under the direction of the Physician Recruiter. The support specialist keeps candidate records, postings, schedules, communications, and follow-up items organized while the physician recruiter focuses on physician relationships, candidate assessment, and hiring discussions. This role provides timely, professional experience for candidates and internal partners while maintaining accurate information and protecting confidential records.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.  
2. Associate degree in business administration, human resources, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field preferred.  3. One to three years of administrative, recruiting, healthcare, human resources, customer service, or coordination experience preferred.  
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management systems, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, calendars, and virtual meeting platforms preferred.  
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing schedules.  
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
