• Communicate effectively with physicians, CCO, and co‑workers regarding changes in patient condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care in a long‑term acute care setting, managing complex conditions such as respiratory failure (ventilation, vapotherm, high‑flow, BiPAP, CPAP, nasal cannula), sedation/pain management, pressor management, cardiac/anti‑arrhythmic management, long‑term IV antibiotics, and chronic non‑healing wounds with wound vacs and frequent dressing changes.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• ICU, Critical Care, or Step‑Down experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Able to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Shift differentials are paid for all night and weekend shifts.
