• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse in the state of Louisiana
• Home Health experience with strong understanding of regulatory requirements

• Review Coordination Notes
• Handle DME Orders
• Take Orders
• Labs and Lab tracking
• Answer phones and Clinical questions from patients and Staff
• Maintaining Supply Inventory
• Scheduling visits for clinicians
