• Communicate with physicians, CCO, and coworkers regarding changes in patient condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision
• Provide care for respiratory failure (ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, BIPAP, CPAP, nasal cannula), sedation and pain management, pressor management, cardiac and anti-arrhythmic management, long-term IV antibiotics, and chronic wound care (wound vacs, dressing changes)
• Deliver direct and indirect patient care in a long-term acute care setting

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
* for Full Time RN for All Shifts with ICU/Step-down experience (requires a 2-year minimum commitment)

• Shift differentials paid for all night and weekend shifts

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• ICU, Critical Care, or Step-Down experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Ability to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing
