Overview
Retail Store Manager to join our team. The position offers a wage range of $14.70 to $22.40 per hour with a potential for a generous monthly bonus based on store performance.

We are seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a PLUS). The Store Manager is accountable for day-to-day store operations and fostering a positive, productive environment. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing staff; recruiting and retaining top talent; maximizing financial goals; managing customer relations and satisfaction; modeling company values; and analyzing financial statements to ensure goals are met and adjustments are made as needed.
The Store Manager will participate in asset protection, marketing, and customer acquisitions, and will work with a variety of jewelry and general merchandise including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. The compensation includes a competitive wage plus a bonus based on store performance. Pay is location-, qualification-, and experience-based and reports to the District Manager.
The Store Manager participates in the asset protection program, inventory control, policy adherence, and securing customer loans. They will promote the business using internal and external marketing tools and require acting to meet store objectives.

- Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues promptly.
- Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent through company-prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, including cash handling and protecting assets.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory control and loan documentation.
- Administer store processes: inventory, loan management, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal-setting.
- Ensure operating standards meet First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes for value and integrity of loans.
- Complete assigned tasks and training for self-development.
- Communicate store mission and profit objectives to employees; maintain product knowledge.
- Remain up-to-date on product knowledge; perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting) per applicable laws.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
- May be asked to assist customers exterior to the building or retrieve products from exterior storage.
- Minimum Age: 18 years old.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in multiple locations as needed.
- Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays; 45+ hours per week; hours vary by business needs.
- Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
