You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areas, diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry while coordinating with the Property Manager to prepare units for new residents.
Applicants should have HVAC certification and prior apartment or facilities maintenance experience, with the ability to troubleshoot and work
