LEADERMAN in Houma, LA is seeking a skilled fabricator for a full-time role on a 5/2 rotation. You will layout, position, align and secure parts for welding and bolt-up, and measure, mark, cut, bore and install structural components per blueprints using hand and power tools.
Qualified candidates have 3+ years of fabrication experience, can interpret ISO/P&, cut with torches, perform square and bevel cuts, and pass a Hands-on Fitter Test. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.
