Sales Administrator
£25,000 to £30,000 per annum, Permanent, Mon‑Thurs 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 2:45pm, BS3 Bristol. Holiday, Pension, Parking plus more.
An established manufacturer producing a variety of components and parts from different materials in a fast‑paced volume manufacturing environment is recruiting for a sales administrator to join their team. Working within a team of 5, this role offers full support and training from day 1 with further availability to develop.
Responsibilities- Managing a key customer account and order requests; delivering excellent customer services.
- Managing orders with correct information at all times, reconciled to the customer schedule.
- Liaising with production for customer satisfaction in respect of orders, progress and dispatch.
- Purchasing materials in line with the production plan.
- Coordinating the transport of materials and finished goods to customers.
- Overseeing material stock control and the dispatch of manufactured goods to customers.
- Providing general wider administrative support and customer services.
- Excellent attention to detail, sales administration and customer services experience.
- Drive to learn and develop; want to play a vital part within a team and business.
- Good level of IT skills; full training in Oracle provided.
- Experience as supply‑chain administrator, sales administrator, customer‑services administrator, purchasing administrator or sales support administrator (preferred).
- Experience with in a manufacturing or supplier‑based business would be beneficial.
- Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Bristol city centre, BS3 based.
- Working Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm, Friday: 8am to 2:45pm (fully office based).
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
- On‑site parking.
