Clinical Administrator

My client is a charity based in London, SW10. As part of their expansion, they are seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator to join their team.

They are looking for a person with Clinical Admin or Medical Admin experience who is proactive and who has an interest in working with a charity who help young children. The role includes:

• Setting up new clients on their bespoke database
• Updating files with the results of sessions with them
• Invoicing using their bespoke system
• Meeting and greeting patient families
• Maintaining an excel spreadsheet with all referrals or enquiries
• Setting reminders for Clinical staff to follow up on referrals
• Purchasing equipment and consumables for the centre
• Providing support to the Clinical Director
• Attending site meetings and taking minutes and documenting actions that need to be taken
• Systems skills must include Intermediate to advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Producing analytical reports for the Directors
• Liaising with parents of patients and with the clinicians

This is a small but growing organisation who are looking for someone to come in and make the role their own.
