In short, these guys are looking for a Head of Food Service to come in and lead their food service division and continue to excel their growth within the channel. It will be your role to set the complete strategy, alongside to manage and lead the team (that are absolutely smashing it by the way!). You’ll report into the Sales Director, with there being a real focus on premium end users.

They have a very strong customer base within wholesale, which now needs leveraging even further!

This is a remote role, but travel to the Southwest is essential at least once per month.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years FMCG experience
• Operated at a senior level within Food Service
• Managed/led a successful team
• Comfortable with setting food service strategy
• Strong understanding of Push/Pull Model
• Experience managing a premium brand
• Worked with premium end-users
