About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, conducting market analysis, managing client relationships, and preparing tailored marketing proposals. You will also be responsible for gathering customer requirements and supporting product and project development through insightful reporting and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to support project planning and delivery
  • Prepare and present detailed marketing proposals and business presentations
  • Work closely with marketing and project teams to support campaign development
  • Create product and performance reports based on market and client data
  • Support end-to-end project coordination for marketing initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles
  • Strong skills in market analysis and business research
  • Experience in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
