I have a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a high end residential building contractor on a permanent or temp to perm basis, working on a new build project in SW London comprising 4 x 4 bedroom luxury family homes.

The company have been around since the 1980’s, initially carrying out small extensions and alterations within the high end residential sector. Over the years they have continuously evolved, and are one of the most reputable builders in the high end residential sector carrying out prestigious projects to the highest quality.

They carry out new build developments, refurbishment projects, extensions and alterations throughout South West London and the surrounding areas. Regardless of the project, the aim remains the same; to exceed their clients’ high expectations. Client focus and an uncompromising attitude to quality of finish are the driving forces behind the success of their business.

The project in SW London comprises 4 x 4 bedroom luxury bedroom homes, each benefiting from their own private garden and off-street parking. The houses are within a conservation area and have traditional facades in line with the local architecture. The houses will be built to an exceptional specification and feature their own private, landscaped garden. The project is currently at the groundworks stage and is due to be completed by the summer of 2017.

Senior Site Manager:

• Experienced No.1 Site Manager with a track record working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
• Strong background delivering new build residential developments for a reputable house builder
• Background working on high end residential developments
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
• Presentable with strong client facing skills
• Excellent man management skills
• Able to commute to SW London on a daily basis
