We wish to appoint an experienced Pre Contract Manager to join and strengthen our existing team.
RoleThe Pre Contract role entails the management of commercial interior fit out projects from initial client meet through all pre contract / construction stages including design development, technical evaluation, costing, client negotiation and contract agreement up to the point of hand over to the construction team.
Responsibilities- Manage pre-contract activities for commercial interior fit out projects from client meetings through construction stages.
- Coordinate design development, technical evaluation and costing.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in contract agreement leading to handover to the construction team.
- Experience with in the commercial fit out sector
- First class internal management, communication and prioritisation skills
- Strong client negotiation/presentation skills
- Excellent financial management experience
