Tetra Tech is seeking an MEP Specialist Quantity Surveyor for a major Critical National Infrastructure project in North West London. You will lead commercial management of mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages across pre-construction, tendering, delivery and final account, ensuring cost control and value optimization in a secure environment.
You'll work with multidisciplinary teams, clients and contractors to forecast costs, evaluate tenders and manage variations while applying NEC/JCT
