Role Overview

Corpay is seeking a Corporate Travel Specialist to join our Lodging division and work in our Heathrow office. This permanent position reports to the Corporate Operations Manager and requires managing day‑to‑day corporate travel and training activities, ensuring compliance, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with booking hotels, flights, transport, and meeting spaces.
  • Ensure client requests are handled in a timely and effective manner, meeting SLA’s.
  • Process daily arrivals and coordinate logistics.
  • Provide support for online booking tools and handle customer access.
  • Monitor communication channels (chat, email, phone) for new requests and follow up on existing ones.
  • Handover outstanding tasks to shift teams and maintain clear communication.
  • Collaborate within team channels to share shift knowledge and improve efficiencies.
  • Log and Escalate complaints or potential issues to management.
  • Provide feedback on processes and systems to aid continuous improvement.
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required by the corporate team.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, or administration at agreed service levels.
  • Experience in travel coordination and/or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems.
  • Strong telephone and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
  • Working hours 07:30 – 15:30 on a shift basis with weekend work expected.
