Automotive Car Park Attendant

Work Pattern:
Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (45 hours per week)

We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Car Park Attendant to join our team at our Volvo, North West London dealership.

What you will do:

This is a newly created role, and we are looking for an organised car park attendant to pro-actively manage the flow of vehicles in our dealership. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional customer service experience and this role is central to delivering that; delivering the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom and positively contributing to our customer satisfaction scores.

Who you are:

The Car Park Attendant we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer centric environment. They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations. Duties will include moving vehicles around site, greeting customers and ensuring they have somewhere to park when they arrive on site, and ensuring that every customer gets a cheerful welcome.

For this role you must have the following:

• Full clean driving license
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
