An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our nurturing and dynamic team at a small, school located in the heart of Hounslow. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in January 2026.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher who will inspire and engage young learners. The successful candidate will deliver a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to the needs of our KS1 pupils, ensuring they develop strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum and the school's values

Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and extracurricular activities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification

Experience teaching within KS1, preferably in an independent or high-achieving setting

A nurturing approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A commitment to ongoing professional development

A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a lasting impact on young learners
