ECT; Early Careers Teacher

We are looking for Teachers wanting day to day/ short – term work.

• Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and growth.
• Collaborate with experienced teachers and school staff to develop your teaching skills and classroom management techniques.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students, assisting with their academic and personal development.
• Use effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with educational trends.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant documentation.

• A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (recognized by an accredited institution).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage classroom dynamics.
• A positive and resilient mindset, willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Eligible for Early Career Teacher (ECT) status or currently enrolled in an accredited teacher training program.
