Key Responsibilities
* Inspirational Teaching:
Plan and deliver a creative, play-based curriculum aligned with the EYFS Statutory Framework to inspire curiosity and a love of learning.
* Assessment & Tracking:
Conduct regular observations and assessments to track individual progress, identifying next steps for every child.
* Nurturing Environment:
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom that fosters children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
* Partnership:
Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and carers to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with a supportive team of teachers and assistants, contributing to the school’s strategic development and positive ethos.
Requirements
* Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
* Experience:
Proven experience in a Nursery or Reception setting, with a deep understanding of early childhood development.
* Attributes: A warm, patient, and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
