Year 4 Teacher

A large, welcoming 3-form entry primary school in Hounslow is seeking a confident and motivated Year 4 Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team from January 2026
. This is a long-term position for the remainder of the academic year, with a strong opportunity to move onto a permanent contract from September 2026
.

• Full responsibility for a Year 4 class
• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Using assessment effectively to inform planning and intervention
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEN and EAL
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Working closely with parallel teachers, teaching assistants, and phase leaders

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous KS2 experience is essential (Year 4 experience desirable)
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
• Able to work collaboratively within a large team
