Smart Teachers is pleased to be working with an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school based in the Borough of Hounslow. The school is looking to appoint a SENCO to join them in January or April 2026.

The role is full‑time with a start date in January or April 2026. As the SENCO, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and management of SEND provision across the school, fostering an inclusive environment where every student can succeed.

• Has a good knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
• Has a proven record of working successfully with SEND children.
• Is passionate about working with young people and committed to an inclusive approach to learning.
• Is committed to ensuring that students fulfil their potential.
• Has experience of supporting and developing the practice of LSAs.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. Minimum experience, training and qualifications required for this position are:
