A friendly, well-run secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a motivated graduate to join their learning support team.

You don’t need teaching experience, just a positive mindset, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping young people succeed. The school offers great mentoring and plenty of opportunities to learn on the job.

• Supporting students who need extra help accessing their lessons
• Working with teachers to adapt tasks and build confidence
• Providing small group and 1:1 support
• Helping create a calm, structured learning environment

• A graduate with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone proactive, warm, and keen to develop
• A team player who wants to build classroom experience
• A real interest in education, psychology, youth work, or SEND

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
