Pertemps Education is delighted to be working with a wonderful and high-achieving Secondary school in Hounslow, who are seeking a passionate and inspiring History Teacher to join their dedicated Humanities Department from January (ASAP).
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced teacher or a confident ECT who is eager to deliver engaging, high-quality History lessons and make a real impact on students’ learning.

The Role
Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential).
Plan and deliver creative and challenging lessons that ignite curiosity and support excellent outcomes.
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress in line with school policies.
Contribute to the wider school community, including enrichment activities within the Humanities faculty.
Work collaboratively with a supportive team committed to high standards and student success.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for History.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
