Overview
We are seeking a Behaviour Pastoral Support to join an outstanding high school in the London borough of Hounslow. We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Pastoral Support to ensure outstanding outcomes for all students.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have previous experience in mental health, restorative justice or supporting students with behaviour outcomes. They will mentor students and support pupils who have additional needs, with training and support available to equip them with the right tools.
Qualifications- Previous experience in mental health, restorative justice or supporting students with behaviour outcomes.
- Degree relating to Education (preferred for graduates).
- Experience as a Behaviour mentor or youth worker (preferred).
