ResponsibilitiesYou will support students one-to-one and in small groups, helping to remove barriers to learning and improve engagement.
Support secondary aged students to grow in confidence and succeed in school.
QualificationsThe successful applicant will hold:
- Previous experience working with young people (ideally in a secondary school aged setting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, positive and flexible approach
- Ability to motivate and encourage students
- The right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
