Key Responsibilities

Teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5 in line with curriculum requirements
Teach Sociology where required at KS4 and/or KS5
Plan, assess, and differentiate lessons to support all learners
Monitor student progress and support strong academic outcomes
Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives
Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement, and classroom practice

Person Specification

QTS or equivalent
Ability to teach Psychology at secondary level (KS4 and KS5)
Ability to offer Sociology desirable
Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management
Commitment to inclusive, high-quality teaching
