We are seeking a Behaviour Pastoral Support to join an outstanding high school in the London borough of Hounslow.
We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Pastoral Support to ensure outstanding outcomes for all students. The successful candidate will have previous experience in mental health, restorative justice or supporting students with behaviour outcomes.
Responsibilities- Ensure outstanding outcomes for all students.
- Mentor students and provide behaviour support.
- Work with students in a superb high school; training and support will be provided to equip you for pupils with additional needs.
- Previous experience in mental health, restorative justice or supporting students with behaviour outcomes.
- Degree relating to Education or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a Behaviour mentor or youth worker is desirable.
