What

The Role Involves
  • Track enquiries, applications and admissions data while managing student recruitment pipelines.
  • Use CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students.
  • Engage prospective students across phone, email and virtual platforms to nurture leads.
  • Provide information on Student Finance and available financial support to address learning barriers.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives related to student recruitment and enrolment management as needed.
About You
  • Sales acumen: identify student needs and recommend suitable programmes, using effective selling techniques to meet enrolment targets.
  • Communication skills across in‑person, phone, email and digital channels.
  • Customer service: respond to enquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
  • Active listening: tailor solutions and support based on student feedback.
  • Closing skills: guide students through enrolment and overcome objections.
  • Time management: prioritize tasks and follow up to meet deadlines.
  • Goal orientation: set ambitious recruitment targets and achieve or exceed them while focusing on student success.
  • Resilience and persistence: maintain motivation in the face of rejection or challenges.
  • Program knowledge: maintain in‑depth knowledge of GBS programmes, admissions requirements and career outcomes.
