The Role Involves
- Track enquiries, applications and admissions data while managing student recruitment pipelines.
- Use CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students.
- Engage prospective students across phone, email and virtual platforms to nurture leads.
- Provide information on Student Finance and available financial support to address learning barriers.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to student recruitment and enrolment management as needed.
- Sales acumen: identify student needs and recommend suitable programmes, using effective selling techniques to meet enrolment targets.
- Communication skills across in‑person, phone, email and digital channels.
- Customer service: respond to enquiries and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Active listening: tailor solutions and support based on student feedback.
- Closing skills: guide students through enrolment and overcome objections.
- Time management: prioritize tasks and follow up to meet deadlines.
- Goal orientation: set ambitious recruitment targets and achieve or exceed them while focusing on student success.
- Resilience and persistence: maintain motivation in the face of rejection or challenges.
- Program knowledge: maintain in‑depth knowledge of GBS programmes, admissions requirements and career outcomes.
- 25 days annual leave, plus 8 public holidays
