About the Role
Our client, a vibrant secondary school in Hounslow, is seeking a dedicated Teacher of MFL (French & Spanish) to join their forward-thinking languages department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to inspire students, develop their linguistic skills, and foster a love of languages.

The successful candidate will:

* Teach French and Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of contributing to Key Stage 5 depending on experience.

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that build students’ confidence, fluency, and cultural understanding.

* Promote languages through extracurricular clubs, cultural activities, and school events.

* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a creative and inclusive languages curriculum.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

* Strong subject knowledge in French and Spanish, including grammar, literature, and cultural studies.

* Experience teaching secondary school students is preferred.

* Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.

* Enthusiasm for promoting languages and cultural awareness.
