This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting pupils with SEND who is seeking flexible work—whether you are looking for day-to-day, part-time, or long-term full-time opportunities.

• Provide high-quality 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND, tailored to their individual needs.
• Assist with students’ academic progress as well as their social and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised strategies and support plans.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
• Follow school policies and contribute proactively as part of the wider school team.

• Proven experience working with children or young people with SEND.
• Recent school-based experience is essential.
• Confidence in delivering targeted 1:1 support.
• Strong communication skills and a good standard of written and spoken English.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
