Make a positive impact as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a dedicated SEN school, supporting students with SEMH needs. You will provide one-to-one or small group support, helping pupils build confidence and develop coping strategies.

• The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs SEMH for this position will be enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of the school.
• Familiarity with conditions such as autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
• Experience in collaborating with parents, carers, and support staff.
• Establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
• Proven classroom experience or training to be eligible for this position.
