The Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with special educational needs

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies

Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment

Support children’s academic and emotional development

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties

A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A passion for education and a commitment to supporting every child’s learning journey
