Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay: £95 to £130 per day (depending on experience)
SEN Teaching Assistant RequiredWe are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Hounslow from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children with additional needs.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:- Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning support.
- Provide one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential).
- Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to supporting every child to reach their full potential.
- Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
- Competitive daily pay of £95 to £130, depending on experience.
- Full-time hours (8:00am to 4:00pm).
