Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow
, who are seeking a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) unit full-time from September 2026

The ARP supports children with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and communication difficulties
, offering a nurturing and structured environment within a mainstream setting.

• Supporting pupils with SEND (primarily ASD) in small group or 1:1 settings
• Working alongside teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning plans
• Assisting with daily routines, sensory regulation, and behaviour support
• Helping to build confidence, independence, and communication skills

• Has previous experience working with children with additional needs, particularly autism
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a consistent approach to support
• Can work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (registered on the Update Service)

• A long-term role within a supportive and well-resourced ARP unit
• A dedicated consultant to guide you through every step
• Access to specialist CPD (including Autism Awareness and Team Teach training)
• Weekly pay via PAYE with no hidden agency fees
