, seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate TA to join their team from September 2026. This is a full-time, five-days-per-week, one-to-one support role, providing an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable experience supporting young adults with autism and additional learning needs.

As a Psychology Graduate TA
, you will provide dedicated one-to-one support, helping a young adult engage in learning, develop confidence and achieve meaningful progress. You will use your understanding of behaviour, communication and emotional wellbeing to adapt learning approaches, encourage positive behaviour and support students in reaching their full potential both academically and personally.
Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists and specialist support staff, you will contribute to engaging and practical learning experiences tailored to each learner's individual needs. This role is ideal for a psychology graduate considering a future career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, teaching or wider SEND support.
The successful Psychology Graduate TA will have:- A degree in Psychology or a closely related subject
- Experience supporting children or young adults with SEND, autism or additional learning needs is desirable
- A calm, patient and empathetic approach with excellent communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships and manage behaviour effectively
- A genuine passion for supporting young people to develop confidence, independence and essential life skills
- A dedicated team of consultants to guide and support you throughout the onboarding process
- Access to CPD courses and certificates through the My-Progression channel
- Competitive pay of £100 per day
