A friendly primary school in Heston is seeking a full-time Primary Teaching Assistant to join its team from September. This is an exciting long-term opportunity for a Primary Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide classroom support across the primary age range. You'll help deliver engaging learning activities, support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, and encourage children to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Every day will bring new opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the classroom.

The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will have experience working with primary-aged children and be confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs. The school is looking for someone who is patient, proactive, and able to build positive relationships while helping children overcome barriers to learning.
