Pest Control Technician

We are working with a fantastic, small, family run business that covers both residential and commercial clients across North West London. They do things a bit differently here. There is zero micromanagement, no one breathing down your neck, and no tracking your every move. They want a professional who has that internal driver, someone who loves getting their job sheet in the morning and just cracking on with the day.

This position is a six month fixed term contract covering parental leave, with strong potential to transition into a longer term permanent role for the right person.

You will be looking after a diverse mix of privately owned properties, housing associations, and managed sites. The setup is designed to give you a brilliant work life balance:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

• No on call: Your evenings and weekends are completely your own.

• The workload: 8 jobs per day.

• The best bit: Once you are done, you are done. If you finish your direct tasks early, your time is your own.

To slide straight into this autonomous role, you must bring:

• BPCA or RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management (this is non negotiable).

• A truly self motivated mindset and the ability to work entirely on your own initiative.

• The desire to deliver great service to a mix of domestic and commercial customers.

• Base Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 per annum, dpeending on experience(pro rata).
