Site Manager (HV Cabling)

Our client, a leading company in the power distribution and energy sector, is currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team. This is a permanent role focused on managing EHV cable projects across the Berkshire / West London region.

If you have an SMSTS, Streetworks Supervisor ticket and have a good knowledge / experience of Utilities Infrastructure (Gas / Water / Telecoms / Highways) we'd love to hear from you!

• Overseeing all aspects of site management for EHV cable projects
• Ensuring compliance with NRSWA and SMSTS regulations
• Managing teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Coordinating with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
• Implementing safety protocols and conducting regular site inspections
• Monitoring and managing the use of resources and equipment
• Providing detailed progress reports and maintaining project documentation
• Resolving any on-site issues and mitigating project risks

• SMSTS
• NRSWA Supervisory ticket
• Safe Digging practices / HSG

• Utilities knowledge (Excavation, Ducting, Laying Utilities, Backfill & Reinstatement)
• Full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK
• HV Power experience for an ICP / DNO (Desirable)

• Paying up to £60,000 per annum
• Company Vehicle and Fuel cars

• Monday to Friday 7am till 5pm
